Tommy Dyo
Strategic Planning Consultant

For the past two years, Tommy has been serving with Southeast Asians, primarily with Cambodians in Long Beach, CA, to mobilize and network church planting efforts. During this time, leaders in the community had a vision to convene a national conference that would meet the needs of all Southeast Asian Christian leadership. To this end, Tommy has been serving as a consultant, advising the SEAC on conference planning details, and networking the SEAC with resources to support the conference.

Tommy has been involved in full time Christian ministry for over 17 years, working primarily with Asian American Christian Fellowship (AACF), a collegiate parachurch ministry located on the west coast. He has served as the former director of AACF, and currently serves as a campus minister. In addition to AACF, he has served as an interim pastor in a local church, a board member in his home church, and has been a guest speaker at many churches and conferences.

Tommy graduated from Cal State Los Angeles with a degree in Communication Studies, followed by a M.A. in Intercultural Studies from Fuller Theological Seminary. Tommy and his wife Melissa, son Noah (7), and daughter Mika (4), attend Cerritos Baptist Church. Tommy loves the outdoors especially fishing, backpacking, and kayaking. He loves to eat, play, hang out, and bask in God’s creation.
