Photographer/Videographer

  • ● Supports Creative Director
  • ● Has keen eye on composition
  • ● Portfolio required for consideration
  • ● Seeking studio quality photos and video
  • ● Must be proficient in Final Cut Pro, and preferably Adobe After Effects CS6 and Adobe Premiere Pro

 

Program Coordinator

  • ● Supports Conference Director & works with all teams
  • ● Execute SEALS program
  • ● Ensure promptness of time and attendance

 

Workshop Speaker Coordinator

  • ● Responsible for seminar speaker’s needs
  • ● Equipment and Supplies for Speakers
  • ● Room Set up and Logistics
  • ● Works with Volunteer Coordinator
  • ● Responsible for providing time keepers
  • ● Create Team for Speaker care, intro, and survey
  • ● Create and maintain a hub for speakers to submit and create hub
  • ● Make sure speaker submit material according to Design Timeline

 

Registration Coordinator

  • ● Create and maintain Registration software
  • ● Works with Volunteer Coordinator
  • ● Attendance
  • ● T-Shirt Sales
  • ● Program Booklet Distribution
  • ● Name Tag Creation and Distribution
  • ● Registration Area Set up
  • ● Coordinate and Manage Registration time slots
  • ● Works with Program Coordinator & Conference Director
  • ● Help with hotel registration/rooming list coordinating

 

Exhibition Coordinator

  • ● Coordinate and enlist exhibitors
  • ● Create Package and Mail-out
  • ● Approving Exhibitor Materials
  • ● Responsible for Obtaining Exhibitors Payment
  • ● Thank you letters
  • ● Work with Volunteer Coordinator for Set-up and break down
  • ● Work with Program Director for Stage time
  • ● Encourage attendees to visit Exhibits
  • ● Exhibitor Personnel Care
  • ● Work with SEALS Design team to obtain logos & information in a timely manner

 

Hospitality Coordinator

  • ● Create welcoming atmosphere
  • ● Concierge
  • ● Local Information
  • ● Lost and Found
  • ● Works with Conference Director
  • ● Works with Operations Director
  • ● Distribute Survey (post surveys after plenary or event, offering people prizes for submissions)
  • ● Maybe serve as Public Relations Coordinator
  • ● Coordinates with Security
  • ● Responsible for signage, maps, info booth

 

Creative Arts Coordinator

  • ● Creative Art / Worship
  • ● Oversight of Worship atmosphere, expressions, and songs
  • ● Accountable to Program Coordinator
  • ● Works with worship team i.e. Lodging, Registration (both are waived)
  • ● Responsible for Creative and Contextualize Worship
  • ● Responsible for cataloging and having equipment
  • ● Encourager and Spiritual Leader
  • ● Works with Decorator on Grounds team
  • ● Open Mic
  • ● Facilitate communion
  • ● Elizabeth Lun can still help out

 

On-Site Coordinator

  • ● Ground Team Coordinator i.e. Shuttle (Hotel, Airport), Lodging, Meals, Conference Site, Gather Volunteers/Grounds Team
  • ● Has to be local
  • ● Nounou can provide insight, be part of team
  • ● Oversee and coordinate all grounds team personnel
  • ● Maintain and adhere to strict timeline
  • ● Making sure timeline and goals are met
  • ● Accountable to Conference Director
  • ● Accountable and assume role as site coordinator and central information for site’s needs (lights, trash, cleanup supplies, opening, closing, electricity access, loading/unloading time, etc.)
